The world-renowned bass-baritone, Thomas Stewart states in his Foreword to this volume: "...What you have done for all those people who aspire to sing, conduct, produce, direct, or simply want a better understanding of the works of Richard Wagner, deserves the highest accolades. Having sung the Wagner operas in Bayreuth for 14 years, and around the world for 30 years, with Von Karajan and Wolfgang Wagner, Wieland Wagner and the great Knappertsbusch, I am very familiar with the monumental task, not only of understanding, but enunciating the German text that Wagner used in his masterpieces... I salute and thank you on behalf of those future generations for your monumental master works."

Contains: Das Rheingold; Die Walküre; Siegfried; and Götterdämmerung.
