Shipping policy

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday only; orders placed after 10AM will not be processed until the following business day.

In-Store Pickup is available Monday through Friday,10am to 6pm; and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

 

When placing your online order, select local pick-up at check out. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed, and is ready to be picked up. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder before contacting The Juilliard Store.

Please be ready to present a valid ID and/or your order number to pick up paid orders. If someone is picking up on your behalf, they will need the order number. Please check your order before leaving the store to ensure it is what you are expecting.

 We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sheet music or other copyrighted material.

We ship in the United States and internationally using various shipping services including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Rates vary based on the ship to location and weight of the order. We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders $100+.  

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the chosen shipping carrier and delivery location. Once an order has left our facility, responsibility for its handling and delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

The Juilliard Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a carrier error, we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Claim processing times vary by carrier and may take between 5 to 30 business days. Any potential reimbursement is subject to the carrier’s policies and claim resolution process. To initiate a claim, please contact us at store@juilliard.edu.

Most orders shipped within the continental United States will arrive in 2-7 business days.  When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number for each package.  Please note that orders with multiple items may ship in several packages. Customers will always receive tracking information for online shipments; if you do not see an email within 1 business day of placing your order, check your spam folder for tracking information. 

In order to guarantee Express delivery in the continental United States, orders must be received by 10AM ET and the customer must select an overnight shipping option.  Express orders received after 10AM ET will ship on the next business day

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for local taxes, customs fees, etc. Every location differs with how they handle international shipments; check your email spam folder if you do not see tracking within 1 business day of placing your order. For international shipments, we recommend tracking your item so it does not get stuck in customs without your knowledge.

Orders are not shipped on weekends. If you need an order immediately, please contact the Juilliard Store.
