Urtext based on the Leipzig Mendelssohn Complete Edition edited by Christoph Hellmundt [piano, string orch] duration: 35'
Mendelssohn composed the Piano Concerto in A minor at the age of 12. Though it clearly betrays the influence of classical models (Hummel, Dussek, etc.).
