"Bu-Kiap means Kungfu in taiwanese. It is written for flute, oboe and bassoon. The trio represents an abstract Kungfu scene with three masters. I was inspired by the film ‟Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”. What impressed me in the Kungfu scene was that not the Kungfu itself, but the art of Kungfu.
