Pasatieri Lady Macbeth For Soprano and Piano

Lady Macbeth is a new monodrama for soprano voice and piano by Thomas Pasatieri, best known for his many operas that have become standards in American vocal repertoire. The text draws its inspiration from the monologues of Shakespeare's Macbeth. Heartfelt, dramatic, and at times artfully atonal, Pasatieri brings the words of Shakespeare alive in a ravishing new setting. For the advanced vocalist. Duration: 18'
