Eternal Spring is a heartfelt eulogy for bassoonist Robin Sullivan, composed by Ewazen for her husband, trumpetist Robert Sullivan. The work celebrates her life and music (including a quote from Mozart's bassoon concerto) with poignant melodies and an uplifting spirit.
