This book, conceptualized by the Juilliard Dance Class of 2024, was envisioned to share and reflect upon our group’s experience over the past three and a half years. Indefinite distance was imposed upon the world in 2020. While everything was at a standstill, we were brought together to carve a collective path amidst isolation. Years defined by screens and masks heightened our gratitude for every shared moment. We were determined to find new ways of connecting to this community. Captured through the lens of photographer Chad Meyer, these pages invite you on a journey, closing that distance through time.
